JLKT Pty Ltd is a family owned company buying, selling and developing property throughout South Australia.

Regional South Australia is of particular interest focussing on key strategic growth corridors in close proximity to mining and defence activity; these include Pt Augusta, Whyalla and Andamooka.

The far north region is experiencing a huge investment in mining infrastructure and BHP Billiton are planning a multi billion dollar expansion to the Olympic Dam Uranium Mine, transforming it into the largest open cut mine in world history.

With Port Augusta being the closest regional city to the proposed Roxby Downs expansion, JLKT acquired 1100 acres of prime land centred around the Port Augusta West Aerodrome.

A comprehensive rezoning process is currently being undertaken. Once completed (expected early 2011) this will provide for approximately 3600 new allotments and associated services.
